Credit Card Declined
Your credit card is being declined by your credit card issuer. We apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately this is something that is out of our control.
You have a few options to solve this problem:
1) Contact your credit card issuer by calling them (number should be on the back of your credit card) and ask them to authorize these transactions.
2) Try using a different credit card:
- Launch FxFactory and wait a few seconds for your account to sign in.
- Click the account button in the top-left corner to open this window:
- Click the “Change Account Info” button to change your Billing Address and remove the existing credit card associated with the account. FxFactory will allow you to assign a new credit card once the old one has been removed.
