Sending Diagnostic Reports to Tech Support

Please follow these instructions to send us the crash reports generated on your system as a result of each crash:

1) Launch the FxFactory application
2) Select the "Contact Tech Support" command under the "Help" menu:
3) FxFactory will open a new contact form. All recent crash reports are listed at the bottom of the window. Please enable the checkbox next to the crash reports you want to send to our staff:
4) Make sure the correct email address is provided in the "From:" text box, and click the "Send" button.
