Transfer Purchases to a Different Account
Follow the instructions below to transfer your purchase history to a different email address. This may be helpful when moving jobs or when you may lose access to a particular email address.
- Launch the FxFactory app
- Select the View My Account... command under the Account menu:
- When the account summary appears, click the Sign Out button:

As the main window regains focus, click the Sign In button in the upper left corner:

When the Sign In window appears, click the Create New Account button:
- Fill up your new email address, enter the desired password twice for verification, and click the Create Account button:
- Assuming that the email had never been used before, a new account will be created. Let us know both old and new emails, and we will complete the transfer for you.
If you already have two or more active accounts registered through our software, you can ask us to consolidate them all to a single email. In that case, there is no need to create a new account. You can simply let us know which email you would like to use going forward.
Once purchase history has been transferred from one account to another, the old account will no longer exist in our systems, and therefore will cease to be accessible.
