Transfer Purchases

If you've changed your email address, we can assist in migrating purchases to a new account address. Follow the steps below and let us know the details of your transfer.

Launch FxFactory

Click "View My Account..." from the Account menu

In the account window, click “Sign Out”

Click “Sign In” in the upper left corner of FxFactory

Create a new account using the desired email address

Email us when the new account has been successfully created
Once the new address has been associated with an account, we can merge the purchases linked to your previous address to the new account.
