Show Diagnostic Reports in Finder

macOS stores crash reports in a specific location on your system. To access this location, please follow these instructions:

1) Launch FxFactory

2) Select the "Show Diagnostic Reports in Finder" command under the "Actions" menu:

3) Finder will reveal the Diagnostic Reports folder to you

4) Find any crash reports that seem relevant to the problem you are having, and attach them to your email addressed to tech support.

If you are experiencing problems with Final Cut Pro, it makes sense to locate any crash reports whose filename contains "Final Cut Pro".
