Finding Plugins in Host Applications

When managing installations in the FxFactory app, first be sure that your host applications (Final Cut, Premiere, etc) are closed & not running. After downloading & enabling the product by clicking the status checkbox, you can open your host app to begin using.

Plugins can be Effects, Transitions, Titles or Generators. Depending on the host application & product functionality, plugins can show up under different categories. View the video below for tips on locating products.

If by mistake products were enabled or disabled while host apps were open, first quit the host apps, then toggle the status checkbox in FxFactory to ensure proper installation.

Be sure to scroll through complete lists before assuming a product is missing.

Lastly, check that you have products loaded in the desired application from FxFactory Settings under the Plug-Ins tab.
