Contacting Tech Support
For the best possible support, please contact us via the FxFactory app. Describe the problem with as much detail as possible and attach your system profile. Your system profile can be extremely helpful to identify problems:
Launch FxFactory
Click "Contact Technical Support..." under the Help menu

Make sure that a valid email address is in the "From" field
Enable "Attach my system profile" and all relevant crash reports under Recent Activity

Click "Send"
