Contacting Tech Support

To help us more quickly diagnose any issues, please contact us via the FxFactory app. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible and attach your system profile to help us identify any configuration problems.

  • Launch FxFactory
  • Select the Contact Technical Support... command under the Help menu

  • Verify and/or enter your email address in the From field
  • Enable the Attach my system profile option, and attach any crash reports listed in the Recent Activity section that you think may be relevant to your issue

  • Click the Send button to delier your message to our staff
